This post is a shout-out to a Friend of ours who has been doing an excellent job on a new Batman Toy Collector Blog called "Batman Extreme"! Now, he's a Major Batman Fan and he shares a bunch of cool stuff! At the end of this post I'll share a LINK to it but I gotta warn ya, his site is mostly done in Japanese! But wait, there is plenty of eye-candy to enjoy plus, he does some posts in English. Also, it's really not that hard to figure out how to navigate the site.
One tip, at the bottom of all his posts there is a "Pagination Area" where you click the numbers "2, 3, 4, etc..." Just click those and you can enjoy the whole site. There is some neat stuff like Tin Toys ( Robots and Batmobile cars ). Plus, a lot of new merchandise. It looks like he might focus on "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES" Movie Action Figures a little bit too. It's fun, just click HERE!
Here's a quick post to share the news of a brand-new BATMAN TOY in stores right now. Here's the New DC SUPER FRIENDS TALKING BATMOBILE from Fisher-Price ( Mattel ). It also comes with a BATMAN "Little People" Figure but did I say that this car TALKS! Ha Ha! This photo was sent to us by our Friend Christopher, Thanks Buddy!
Here's a very well done Batman Toy Video Review a friend on Facebook sent me. It's for the "Batman: Arkham Asylum" JOKER Play Arts Kai Action Figure, check it out!!
OK, These photos are total torture for me! I mean, I already know I will not be able to afford to buy this brand-new HOT TOYS '89 BATMOBILE Toy and I'm already crying myself to sleep over it, ha! This is the HUGE vehicle being made for the large "Michael Keaton BATMAN" Hot Toys Figure. It's gonna be real expensive ( Like hundreds of dollars ) but completely worth every penny as it's a beautiful, and extremely detailed, replica of the Batmobile Car from the 1989 BATMAN Movie.
It has Rubber Tires with Detailed Tread, a Cockpit that slides open, an Instrument Panel inside that's very detailed, Machine Gun Turrets that pop-out of the hood, a Special Base to display it on, etc... it even comes with a "Cocoon Shield" to cover it. OK, I'm just gonna cry for about an hour or two. I know you are so much braver than I am so please be sure to check out all the wonderful photos.
OK, here at the BAT-BLOG.COM we totally love us some Papercraft Projects! But we gotta warn ya, they are totally addicting! Here's a brand-new toy figure created by an Artist named Ninjatoes. It's BATMAN from the, now classic, Animated Series TV Cartoon and it looks really cool! It also looks pretty complicated too. These Paper Toys are usually pretty simple, sort of cube-like, but this one is almost like a serious model kit. But, the end effect is great and I think it would be worth the time. For FREE Downloading of both the pattern and Instructions click HERE!
OK, Just a quick post to share news about a brand-new Batman Toy that will be coming out around June of 2012, BAT-SPUD!! Here is the Batman-themed Mr. Potato Head for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie !! I wonder if Hasbro is going to also make a Bane & Catwoman one too, ha ha!
Shown right here is some photographic proof on Video that Batman's secret identity is actually a cool kid named Sammy! OK, I thought this video posted by a Parent on YouTube was kinda cute. Plus, it showcases what a really awesome toy the "Batman Dark Knight Mega Cape" was that Mattel made a couple of years ago!
Around early May of this year, 2012, be sure to look for the "NEW 52 - JUSTICE LEAGUE BATMAN" DC Direct Action Figure to hit the stores! This is the first figure in an ongoing line based on Geoff Johns and Jim Lee’s best-selling JUSTICE LEAGUE Comic Books. It will measure approx 6 3/4" tall and will also be specially packaged. The exact Release Date is May 2nd.
HOT TOYS just announced that the brand-new DX-9 "1989 MICHAEL KEATON BATMAN" Movie Figure will come with a Special BAT-SIGNAL Accessory! It's sort of a plastic shield you hold-up in front of a flashlight to project the Bat-Symbol on the wall. Woooo, exciting!
