OK, a friend over at Facebook, named Eddie, shot this totally adorable photo that I knew we had to share here. The story is, He spotted this cute little BATGIRL at the recent 2012 Wondercon in Anaheim, CA. Yes, she is wayyyy too adorable! Great photo Eddie, thanks.
Here's a quick post to share the news of a brand-new BATMAN TOY in stores right now. Here's the New DC SUPER FRIENDS TALKING BATMOBILE from Fisher-Price ( Mattel ). It also comes with a BATMAN "Little People" Figure but did I say that this car TALKS! Ha Ha! This photo was sent to us by our Friend Christopher, Thanks Buddy!
The Japanese Toy Company, KOTOBUKIYA, just released their latest 2012 Statue of Batman's Arch-Enemy, POISON IVY! She's done in the Bishoujo (Pretty Girl) Style inspired by Japan's renowned Illustrator, Shunya Yamashita. One of the most detailed statues in the "DC Bishoujo" series to date, Pamela Isley struts her stuff in this wonderful piece of Art! Constructed of high-quality plastic, the gorgeous Green Lady stands 8 and 1/3" tall! For more details, click HERE!
Here are some cool prototype pics of the 2012 Movie Masters Action Figures for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Batman Film. OK, first off I wanna apologize for the tiny pictures but this is what I got. Hey, they still give you a good idea of what some of the figures will look like, ha! The 2 characters shown here, left to right, are Policeman John Blake ( Joseph Gordon-Levitt ) and Trusted Butler, Alfred ( Michael Caine ). The faces look pretty good! For some reason I really like the "Alfred" figure. Plus, we get to see the special clam-shell "DARK KNIGHT RISES" packaging... not bad! Now of course they'll be making Bane, Catwoman, and many other characters. Hopefully they'll make a cool "Commissioner James Gordon" toy! Please stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG.COM and as soon as we have more pics then we'll get them posted.

OK, We just got 2 very nice reports fro a few Friends who have spotted some weird & wacky pieces of BATMAN Merchandise that are in stores now! The 1st pic is from our Good Pal Christopher Franchi & he saw this Fisher-Price DC SUPER FRIENDS Batman (with ATV) Action Figure at Wal-Mart. He said that it was NOT in the regular toy area, but in the "Holiday Section". I'm guessing they're marketing it as an Easter Basket item.
Next, is an extremely fun photo sent to us by Ace Bat-Reporter BatDave! Here are some very cool Batman-themed School Supplies his Girlfriend spotted at Target! They have Bat-Folders & Notebooks with Classic Comic Book artwork! He also said they were on Clearance too, a great deal, grab them while you can! Hey, if YOU spot any new BATMAN merchandise out there in the stores then please let us know.
Here are 2 very cool photos from our Good Friend Bat-Cat. He doesn't know that I completely stole these pics from him so don't tell him, ha ha! Yes, He recently spotted some new BATMAN CHOCOLATE MILK at a 7-Eleven Store... in Thailand! Yeah, how cool is that?! It looks like they sell them in both Bottles & Cartons. The graphics are pretty nice too. I totally love the "Foreign Stuff" so if YOU ( Bat-Blog Reader ) live outside the USA and see some wacky crazy brand-new Bat-Products then please let us know, thanks!
Our Friend Alex found some cool photos of some 2012 BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Halloween Costumes that might get made. Well, they will be created, it's just that these pics are "Prototype Only" for now & not official. You get the idea! But hey, they're gonna make suits of Batman, Bane, and Catwoman! ( Thanks Alex ).

SONIC Restaurants just announced on their website that their next "Wacky Pack Kids' Meal" will be DC Comics' JUSTICE LEAGUE TOTS! Yes, These are small Plush Toys in the shape of our favorite food, Tater Tots! They will also come with Card Trading Packs. There will be 10 Toys to collect: Superman, Clark Kent, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, The Flash, Hawkgirl, Aquaman, Supergirl, Bizarro, Plastic Man, and...WAIT! THERE'S NO BATMAN!?!!
OK, Like the ultra cool 1989 BATMAN Movie Figures ( Michael Keaton and Jack "Joker" Nicholson ) and '89 Batmobile are not torture enough, late last night HOT TOYS announced their next wave of Batman-related merchandise, BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY! Yes, they will be making figures inspired by the awesome Video Game! Knowing this company the attention to detail will be insane. Plus, the toys will be extremely cool!! Stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG.COM and as soon as we know more then so will you.
OK, These photos are total torture for me! I mean, I already know I will not be able to afford to buy this brand-new HOT TOYS '89 BATMOBILE Toy and I'm already crying myself to sleep over it, ha! This is the HUGE vehicle being made for the large "Michael Keaton BATMAN" Hot Toys Figure. It's gonna be real expensive ( Like hundreds of dollars ) but completely worth every penny as it's a beautiful, and extremely detailed, replica of the Batmobile Car from the 1989 BATMAN Movie.
It has Rubber Tires with Detailed Tread, a Cockpit that slides open, an Instrument Panel inside that's very detailed, Machine Gun Turrets that pop-out of the hood, a Special Base to display it on, etc... it even comes with a "Cocoon Shield" to cover it. OK, I'm just gonna cry for about an hour or two. I know you are so much braver than I am so please be sure to check out all the wonderful photos.
Here's a photo from the recent 2012 NYC TOY FAIR showing the booth for a Toy Company named "Jakks Pacific". They're mainly known for their line of Cabbage Patch Dolls & Pokemon Toys. But shown here are some brand-new DC UNIVERSE Plush Dolls they're gonna make in 2012. There will be some regular-sized ones and then, the shocking thing, is that it looks like there will be some that are HUGE! I mean, GIANT-SIZE!! We're not sure on an exact relase date yet but stay tuned to the BAT-BLOG.COM and we'll let ya know!
Time To Play Magazine was at the recent 2012 TOY FAIR and they shot this excellent video at the Official Booth of Mattel Toys. Here, we get a quick glimpse of some of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Batman Movie Toys! We see a new feature for the Action Figures, called "Quick-Tech", but the main thing is getting to see THE BAT! Yes, this is the new bat-vehicle from the film that kinda looks like the Tumbler Batmobile but it's a hover-jet!
