BAT-VIDEO Batman and Robin - The Musical ( Arnold Schwarzenegger )
Here's a crazy Bat-Parody Video where they poke fun at the 1997 BATMAN AND ROBIN Movie by turning it into a Musical! Oh yeah, Mr. Freeze ( Arnold Schwarzenegger ) sings his heart out! Thanks Zachary!

Wacky BATMAN MOVIE CONCEPTS at the L.A. Times' HERO COMPLEX Website

Right now, on the Los Angeles Times' HERO COMPLEX website , they are presenting BATMAN MOVIE CONCEPTS created by Writer Geoff Boucher and illustrated by Sean Hartter. You might remember Sean's artwork on this site ( yes, shameless plug ). Anyways, they are presenting 3 Fake Batman Movie Posters a day for 5 days, 15 total. Well, OK they're more like "Movie Theater Lobby Cards", but you get the idea. Now, here's a LINK to the 1st day & then once there you can follow all of them. They're pretty fun, the basic idea is "What if... certain Movie Directors made a fun Batman film and who would the Actors be?". The choices are pretty interesting.

Random Funny BATMAN HUMOR Photos - HA HA!

Here's a few random funny BATMAN-related Humor Photos that will, hopefully, brighten your day! The 1st one is a great parody on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Poster. Next-up is a screenshot ( Thanks BatDave ) from TV's "Big Bang Theory" showing Sheldon with a Vintage-Style BATMAN T-Shirt. OK, it's not really funny unless you're a fan of the show. Then, it's hilarious! Then the last photo is some NAIL ART inspired by Vintage Comic Books ( very well done ).

BATMAN ART Gets the DR SEUSS STYLE Treatment!

In Australia there is a very talented Graphic Artist named Dr. Faustus who has done some amazing parodies of Dr. Seuss Artwork that is Batman-related! I've been a HUGE Dr. Seuss Fan forever and even collect the books plus a few vintage toys. Reading his books at age 4 gave a life-long LOVE of reading and that's a debt I can never repay. I'm very proud to say that I have a RARE 1957 First Edition Hardback with Dust-Jacket Copy of "THE CAT IN THE HAT", a True Literary Classic! Now, I'm not trying to brag, ha ha, I just want people to know that I'm pretty serious about my love of anything DR SEUSS!
So, you can only imagine how I feel about this artwork, it's INSANELY GREAT! First, as a parody, they're just funny. The one of TWO-FACE really cracks me up for some reason & the CATWOMAN Cat-Suit is wonderful. But the thing that makes them true masterpieces of ART is the ultra-fine details in copying the exact drawing style of Seuss! Faustus has done some other parodies, which are worth mentioning, but because we focus on "Batman" here I'll just post this LINK, please click it to see more great stuff!

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES - Batman Film Inspires Some Creativity

Here are a few examples of artwork have have been inspired by the next Batman movie, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. The film won't be released for another 205 Days, 8 Hours, and 42 Minutes but some people just can't wait, ha! The 1st two images were created by our Buddy Sean Hartter. He likes to create these parody vintage movie posters that ask, "What If?". Like, What if TDKR was produced in another time period? So, he created this parody movie poster. I like the idea of Kelly LeBrock being Catwoman ( what ever happened to her? ). Then, check out the next graphic, Sean drew this great portrait of BANE in his own crude minimal style ( the colors are awesome ).
Next up, is another parody but on a whole other level. This was created by our Friend "Bacon" and is a combination of the classic horror film, "Night of The Living Dead". Batman is a Zombie in a Graveyard! Oh, by the way, this image is presented here as a WALLPAPER BACKGROUND so please be sure to enjoy it in that way.
A special THANK YOU goes out to both Hartter & Bacon for sharing their fun artwork. Thanks guys, these are really great!

Random BATMAN Humor Photos and Comic Strip

OK, I guess I'm being pretty lazy this morning with this "image dump" post, but I'm soooo tired! But these pics are really great and totally worth checking out so shut-up, ha ha! The 1st one is from "The Dark Knight" movie and the Joker is telling Batman a very mean knock-knock joke, OUCH!
Next up is a hilarious parody t-shirt that a friend of our found online. The shirt uses a special glow-in-the-dark ink, pretty clever.
Oh yeah, I saved the best for last! I say that because I love vintage photos and this one has a very cool history. This photo was from an event held in Northern Italy back in the 1970's. I have no idea what the celebration was for, but all these small children wearing awesome Batman Bat-Suit Costumes is just completely charming & wonderful! ( Thanks to everybody who submitted these pics: Saul, Jennifer, Jamie, & Robert )
CUSTOM ART SCULPTURE - Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble as Batman & Robin!

Check out this ultra cool custom sculpture! Here is Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble as Batman & Robin in a Diorama that was on display at the Hanna-Barbera Studios! This was a recent Auction item by "Profiles in History". It was created by artist Terry Lattimore. Fred’s car has been transformed into a prehistoric Batmobile! Each figure is cast in solid resin, completely hand-painted and detailed ( Click on the above graphic for a large photo ).
BATMAN AND THE HISTORY OF THE BAT-SUIT

You might remember awhile back there was a very popular graphic that circulated all over the web that featured "The Evolution of The Batmobile". Well, here's the latest popular graphic to hit the web and it's pretty funny, "Batman and the History of the Bat-Suit!" This was drawn by Benjamin Andrew Moore for a website called SCREENRANT. This graphic is very clever because, if you study each bat-suit, they're pretty accurate. Plus, I like how each one has it's own catch-phrase, ha! ( Be sure to click on the image up above for a HUGE picture ).

Winnie The Pooh and The Dark Knight Together Forever!

Hey, Guess who I saw together at my local Grocery Store the other night? Yeah, that's right, Winnie The Pooh and The Dark Knight himself, Batman! It was so weird. For a short time I had this graphic image from a popular Parody T-Shirt that I was gonna post ( pic #2 ), but then later I found another picture that showed them together. I was saving these for a "Humor Post". But at the time I wished I had just one more photo for a more complete article. A few days later I made a trip to the Grocery Store, when all of a sudden, I turned the corner and BAAAMMM! There they were TOGETHER, ha ha!!

Funny BATMAN AND ROBIN Humor Photos and Comic Strips

Here's a post of random BATMAN AND ROBIN Humor Photos and Comic Strips that are pretty funny. The 1st one is the Republican Presidential Candidate Michele Bachmann. ( No, we are NOT endorsing her, it's just a funny Batman-related parody photo ). The next pic with the 2 girls in costume is a photo I found awhile back on the internet and it didn't explain what it is. It might have been a photo used in an advertisement or from a High School Yearbook, who knows? But it's kinda funny. Actually, I think it's more cute than funny, ha! The last 2 graphics are obviously "Comic Strips". The 1st one was from a foreign website & I have NO idea what they're saying but if you study the image you can kind of figure it out, ha! The last one is from the 1960's & appeared in a Vintage Paperback Book from around the time the '66 BATMAN TV Show was on. I forget the name of the book, I think it was "BAT-LAFFS", or something like that. I love the retro-style artwork and the Batmobile looks cool too, ha!

THE DARK KNIGHT - Strange Mutations

Batman is so cool that it's always a great thing when he is mutated with something else! Here are three wonderful examples: Batman + Sock Monkey = AWESOME! Then, we have the Dynamic Duo of Garden Gnomes, Batman and Robin! Last, here's a rare endangered species... Bat-Bear!! OK, this post was sorta wacky but you gotta admit, it was also kind of fun, ha ha!
BATMAN HUMOR - Hilarious and Funny Comic Strips!
Here's a quick post to share some totally hilarious BATMAN-RELATED COMIC STRIPS I have collected. The 1st one is from the Syndicated Newspaper BIZARRO Comic Strip. I know this Cartoonist is a HUGE Batman Fan because he does one with our favorite hero every now and then.

Now, I'm not sure who the Artist is on the 2nd one but the concept is great! It goes on the idea of, "What If Batman had been in a different mood while developing the concept of being Batman". It's a great parody on the Golden Age Origin Story!

The 3rd one is directly related to the 1966 BATMAN TV Show. For everybody who knows the trick of how they always filmed the Classic "Wall Climbing Scenes" you'll find this one hilarious! ( See Reference Photo for clues, ha! )

Parody Humor - Frank Miller vs. Occupy Wall Street Protesters

Cartoonist Richard Pace has created a perfect parody of the recent events surrounding the controversy of Comic Book Artist / Film Maker Frank Miller totally going off on the Occupy Wall Street Protesters. Pace re-created the style of Frank Miller's artwork and it looks exactly like it was from THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS. ( Click on it to enlarge for more readable version )
