Unlucky left feet on Friday the 13th

Friday the 13th.
Not lucky.... and definitely not casual.

Even though I didn't post any superstitious sketches on the blog the night before,
Chef Jeff was ready to rock way before the shop even opened.
His territorial guarding of the parking lot paid off with a painful foot tattoo.

Albatrosses are good luck, especially for boats on the ocean.
But if you killed one, it usually meant the ill fate of the ship. The other sailors were said to have wrapped it around the offending killers neck,
as a punishment,
and maybe as a tattle-baby show of who was the asshole when the big badness arrived.

So we played the Rocky Horror Picture Show soundtrack,
had a sing-a-long,
broke some mirrors, and got down to business.

Albie Rock
and I are almost done with two different shirt designs, a sticker, and a plan for some serious long term collaborative action.
There's so much to do, and we're still adding more to the list.
It's less of a list now, and more of a map.

Today's the last day Albie will be at the shop this visit.
We've had some pretty dope people stopping by and joining in on the fun.
Thanks to Ryan and Rebecca for their portable potato party.
Baking potatoes isn't rocket science, Henry, but don't worry.
We're well taken care of over here at Identity Tattoo.
Todd had been an awesome host.
Albie has been the perfect guest.
One last day for open sign business time.
Then two days more of day off art making.
Time is limited.
Make sure it's spent well.
